Residential Energy Efficient Property Credit & Estimated Taxes

If you pay estimated taxes, here’s another tidbit worth considering:

According to the IRS, the 30% credit for qualified solar hot water property, geothermal heat pumps, and wind energy property is no longer limited to $2,000 per year. However, there is a $500 credit limit on qualified fuel cell property expenditures.

Like the sound of energy efficiency tax credits. Been reading a little bit about these and I’d love to see people who make the effort to help the country see the country make the effort to help them.
