We built Easy Estimated taxes for one simple reason - to make paying quarterly estimated taxes easier!
We were tired of the traditional quarterly estimated tax process. We hated having to stuff paper payment vouchers into envelopes and sending them through snail mail. So we created a very easy-to-use online application that helps taxpayers like you to schedule and make estimated tax payments safely and easily. We'll even send a confirmation via email when your payment has been received by the United States Treasury. You won't get one of those when you send check in the mail!

Our team
In 2007, our Co-founders built another tax website, FileLater, that became the leading online tax extension provider for both individuals and businesses. FileLater’s integration with both the IRS’ legacy and Modern e-File (MeF) systems was the first in the industry. In December 2010, FileLater was acquired by Banks.com Inc.
Mark Faggiano, Co-founder
Mark is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong, well-respected background in creating web-based technology companies. Faggiano founded his first company, Brand5, in 2004 after receiving master's degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology from the University of San Diego. Since its founding, Brand5 has helped brands like IRS.com, Intuit, and the Holiday Bowl find ways to generate new traffic and convert higher percentages of users into paying customers.
Sebastian Ailioaie, Co-founder
Sebastian is a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner (2009), MBCS (Member of the British Computer Society - 2006). He holds a M.Sc. in E-Commerce (Magna Cum Laudae) from the University of San Diego (2002), an M.A. Political Science in E-Government from Central European University (2001), a LL.B. License in Law from University of Bucharest (2003) and a B.A. in International Business (Honors) from Academy of Economic Studies (2000). He is the recipient of many honors, scholarships and awards including Beta Gamma Sigma – A major recognition for scholastic achievements of business students, Fulbright Junior Fellowship awarded by the US Department of State and George Soros Fellowship for young leaders from Central and Eastern Europe. |
